ATLANTA | Today, Lt. Governor Burt Jones issued a statement on the signing of Senate Bill 351, the Lt. Governor’s priority Protecting Georgia’s Children on Social Media Act.

“The health and safety of our children should always be a parent’s number one priority,” said Lieutenant Governor Burt Jones. “I am proud to have prioritized this legislation to help protect our children online and combat the very serious epidemic of cyberbullying which plagues this country. I want to thank Governor Kemp and Speaker Burns for their support of our efforts to protect Georgia’s next generation, and I look forward to continuing to combat cyberbullying and improving children’s mental health in our state.”
